We will host and document weekly or monthly project meetings and distribute the meeting minutes accordingly. Additionally, we will establish the submittal log and track the submittal process. DMC will also review distribute RFI’s to the respective parties and/or trades including price change coordination. Depending on the needs of the client, the support can be stand-alone or coupled with PPM software management tool selection or usage of client employed tools.
